Care instructions for Your Handmade keepsakes

Please remember that every keepsake is handmade by me and as such sometimes the handmade item may contain small flaws, bubbles, imperfections or visible breastmilk or shimmer. 

While all care is taken to craft the keepsake as close to perfect as possible — this is the nature of a handmade item and these small imperfections are what make each piece individual and special — no two items will ever be the same.

This is one of the things that makes them yours and extra special. 

Care Instructions To ensure your keepsake has a long beautiful life, 

A few things to take note of--

• Avoid getting it wet — your keepsake will not fast well being exposed to water. -Keep away from all lotions, perfumes and other chemicals. 
• Store your Keepsake out of sunlight. -it is natural that the keepsake may lose some of its shine over time. 
• Clean your Keepsake with a dry soft cloth regularly. Please ensure you follow the care guide that comes with your keepsake so as to give it the best lifespan. 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS 

Due to the personalised nature of my work, refunds are not possible for change of mind purchases. 

No cancellations will be accepted once your order has commenced. 

Should your keepsake appear Faulty, it will need to be returned for assessment and if required a replacement piece or refund will be offered. 

Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Shipping is NON REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from the total cost of refund. 

If you are unhappy with your keepsake in anyway, I would encourage you to contact me as it is my intention to create a beautiful keepsake that you will took at with love every time.
