Warranty, Layby, Cancellation and Refund policy:

Warranty on keepsakes, nappy’s and products. 

Your hand crafted keepsakes, cloth nappies and other products have a guarantee of 6 months for any manufacture faults. 

Custom order turn around time is 2 to 6 weeks unless otherwise stated. 

Warranty on Keepsakes:

Here are things that ARE covered by our warranty:

-Findings becoming loose ( bead cores becoming unglued) 

-Excessive glue seepage. 

Here are things that ARE NOT covered by our warranty:

-Change of mind, Please choose carefully when deciding on your Keepsakes, their inclusions and the sparkles, shimmers or colours.

Refunds are not made for simple change of mind! 

-Wear and tear will not be covered under warranty and care instructions must be followed they are available on the facebook page and will be shipped with your order. 

-Bubbles although I try my best to remove them they are not a defect these make your Keepsake individual and special. 

-Visible breastmilk and shimmer these are sometimes visible in your Keepsake items this is not a defect but personally to your Keepsake item. 

 

Warranty on Cloth products:

Here are things that ARE covered by our warranty:

-Stitching defect that affects functionality (not a cosmetic issue)

-Snap defect- snap will not stay closed and 'pops' open.

-Elastics that become 'slack' within 6 month of use. 

-Zipper defects on wet bags- zip will not open or close without force. Zips are not covered in the case of over stuffing pods and wet bags. 

-Inserts- stitching defect causing the bamboo fabric to come unattached by the over-locked edging. 

Here are things that ARE NOT covered by our warranty:

Damage to a product such as ripping, tearing or snagging of the fabric, opening the snaps too forcefully resulting in tearing on the materials, cracking a snap or other damage sustained from improper use, over stuffing of pods and wet bags will not be covered under warranty. 

Prints may appear slightly different to the pictures advertised. The direction of print placement and embroidery may vary from product to product depending on the shape, width and size of fabric print. This is not a manufacturing fault and adds to the unique personality of each individual product.

As well as- 

Fading,Leaking, Repelling, Odour, Pilling, Broken snaps, Holes in Inserts, Poor fit on your baby, Staining, Turning gray,Misuse by owner, Hungry machines- this includes washing machine and drier, Bleach soaks/any bleaching/bleach burns, Medium/High Drying (please dry on low only or hang dry- preferably in shade for nappy shells/ wet bags/ swim nappies)

Please remember that your nappy is a product that is washed and dried repeatedly. Having a sizeable stash is recommended as each nappy will last longer being used less frequent. 

If your nappy falls into the category of warranty replacement please contact us with your warranty request and we will work with you to replace your nappy. 

** Due to prints selling out faster than others, another print that is in stock can be chosen as your warranty replacement if your print is not in stock. 

Replacements and Refunds

If you feel you need to submit for a replacement/refund. 

Please contact Autumn Lane Boutique and include the following details; name, email, receipt of purchase and details of the product detect. As well as clear photos. 

A refund/replacement will only be available/granted after the item has arrived back to me and defects have been assessed. 

Return shipping is at the buyers expense. 

Shipping is NON REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from the total cost of refund. 

IMPORTANT INFO - Warranty replacements are only for original owner of nappy or second owner who has purchased nappy unused. Please provide receipt or name of original owne.
